Hush by Kim D. Grant-Albright
"The worst thing a person can do is to tell lies to themselves..."
HUSH is a personal journey of exposure and spiritual healing written out of a "seat" of brokenness, years of buried and layered pain of self-denial, emotional abuse, and personal sacrifices. It features unadulterated truth and honesty that will set women free and strengthen them in the process of their own release.
It challenges social norms that require women to lie, hide, deny, and make excuses for the things that happened or are currently happening to them, so they bury the pain and stay "hush" about their brokenness.
This book will empower young girls and women to speak out about "hidden experiences", wounds, and years of layered pain that have been "buried" inside their souls, so they can live a peaceful and abundant life.

Testimonial
I have known Dr. Kim Albright for more than thirty years. She has been a close friend of my wife Gloria and I since we met. I know Kim both personally and professionally. She is an ordained minister and pastor in her own right. Since I’ve known her, she has always had a burden in her heart for young women and girls who are hurting, feeling marginalized, or disenfranchised. Her desire to help prompted her to launch Grace Ashtin Christian School for Girls many years ago. She also founded Heartfelt Ministries where she pastored until her health wouldn’t allow her to continue in that capacity. She works diligently assisting young women to lead successful productive lives. She and I have partnered together in many facets of ministry over the years. She is a competent and trusted friend, incredibly determined, and hardworking.
